A Reputable Outpatient Rehab Facility in Houston, Texas

In a fast-paced world like today, addiction treatments are also changing based on the needs of recovering individuals. They have different options to choose from. And one of them is Outpatient Rehab.

Here at Skyward Treatment, we believe there is no one-size-fits-all treatment program. It is why we put the needs of our patients before anything else.

What is an Outpatient Rehab?

Outpatient Rehab is the counterpart of Residential Rehab. Compared to an inpatient or residential, outpatient does not require the patient to live in the facility. Recovering individuals have the option to continue their day-to-day lives while recovering.

Outpatient Rehab is more flexible than Inpatient Rehab, and Skyward Treatment is aware that not everyone has the opportunity to participate in a residential treatment program for an extended period.

Due to obligations like paying bills and other expenses, we are aware of how hectic a person’s life can be. But that does not suggest that they are not entitled to a full recovery from addiction.

Types of Outpatient Rehab

Outpatient rehab varies on the severity of the addiction. Some addictions are mild that do not require an initial inpatient rehab, while some require completing a requires residential stay before transitioning into outpatient rehab.

Our outpatient rehab treatments are the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)

The Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) is quite similar to the Residential Treatment Program, with the exception that we let our patients leave for home after each session each night. The lessons typically last five times per week for a total of at least 20 hours.

The goal of the partial hospitalization program is to facilitate a smoother return to normal life for patients. It follows a more organized strategy. People who have gone through PHP have reported that it is a lot more effective than other addiction treatments. Additionally, PHP offers each person the essential support to ensure long-term sobriety.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

There is no one-size fits all program for addiction. Recovery differs from individual to individual in every way. Because some people find inpatient treatment choices difficult and limiting, an intensive outpatient rehabilitation program is a crucial option for someone looking for assistance in overcoming addiction.

Although live-in programs offer the best standard of care for a recovering person, they are not always convenient, especially for people who have lots of responsibilities.

An alternative to an inpatient treatment program is an outpatient program. Comparatively speaking, this program is less expensive than inpatient rehab but also as effective. It enables people to carry on in the actual world. They can both work and return home. Individuals with mild to severe symptoms should use this program.

To beat addiction, you must make sacrifices, go through pain and discomfort, and face challenges along the way. Support is essential during this journey.
